Other Fees & Policies:

Late Fee: Customers who are more than 15 mins late will incur a $15 late fee. If you’re more than 30 mins late, we have the right to cancel your appointment & a no show fee will be charged at your next appointment. If we can still groom your dog even if you are more than 30 mins late we will let you know but we’ll still have to charge the $15 late fee and your pick up time will be at the end of the day as you’ve already missed 30 mins or more of your scheduled appointment time.

No Show Fee: If you fail to show up to your appointment and do not notify us at least 12-24hrs in advance there will be a $30 no show fee which will be added to your bill at your next appointment. We work very hard to stay on time so we urge all clients to drop their pups off at least 10-15 mins ahead of time. As being 15-30 mins late pushes us back and stresses us & the other pups out who come on time.

Late pick up: No additional fees for late pick up but we’d like to remind our customers to be respectful of our time as we’d also like to go home to our families after a long day of grooming. Just let us know on the day if you know you’ll be running late, we just prefer a heads up!

Text Reminders: We send out appointment reminders one day before at 9am. Please reply Yes to confirm, No to cancel, or text us to reschedule. A no show fee will be applied to your next appointment if you replied yes but fail to show up to your appointment. If you don’t respond to our appointment reminder by the end of day we have the right to cancel your appointment and give it to someone else. Serial offenders will have to prepay for their grooming appointment in full before their next appointment time.

It is your responsibility to check which number the reminder was sent to and your family member’s responsibility to communicate to you if they’ve received the reminder. Our system can only send appointment reminders to one number. It would be beneficial to have your next appointment written down or stored in your calendar so that you don’t rely solely on our text reminders for your upcoming appointment.

Future Appointments: We always urge customers to rebook appointments on the day. We sometimes even pre-book a few in advance for you, but ultimately it is your responsibility to keep track of when you’re next appointment is. Please don’t give our staff a hard time regarding next available appointments. We groom around 20 dogs a day, that’s over 100 dogs a week. For each day you forget to rebook that’s 20 appointments made ahead of time. We can only do so much in a day before we burn out or worse injure ourselves or your pup.

Card Payment Surcharge: We will no longer charge an extra surcharge fee for card payments as we’ve now included this into our new pricing structure.

Pricing Disclaimer:
As we’ve never actually seen your proposed dog, we need to make some presumptions about pricing. They are:

• that the coat is in a reasonable condition 
• if necessary, any heavy de-matting or knot removal required will incur extra charges
• your dog has a nice temperament and overall is fine being touched and handled
• Mixed breed dog pricing will be based on the most dominant breed and/or coat that presents

You are welcome to pop-in for a more accurate quote as we can then see what exactly you would like done,  and to assess your dog’s coat condition etc.

Double Coated Clip Offs:
Although, we don’t recommend clipping off double coated dogs, we do see it as a necessity for some senior dogs where their coat can no longer be maintained properly (especially during summer)
